International Photo Gallery: These are photos from the travels written about in my book Stories of a Scrappy Missionary Kid. Full stories of these travels can be found in Chapter 21 Round the World in Eight Weeks.
England: A few photos around London and Jodie and I having fun in Stonehenge.
Romania and Hungary: Șiria castle ruins had once been an impressive Roman fortress, but hundreds of years before my travels back to Romania, it had fallen into disrepair. It was still a cool childhood climbing grounds to go back and visit. Budapest, Hungary was another childhood stomping grounds, and on my travels back as an adult, I saw it with new eyes. I enjoyed the beauty in ways I had never seen before.
Thailand: Thailand was full of amazing sites- everything from the rescue elephant sanctuary to cooking class to the unicorn café was a great cultural experience.
Australia: This country was full of Kangaroos, wallabies and other cool animals. The sea turtle towards the bottom of the pictures was almost like a tour guide as I snorkeled around the Great Barrier Reef.
New Zealand: From Hobbiton to harrowing tunnel hikes, New Zealand is one of the most memorable countries I have ever seen. It’s beauty cannot be adequately described in words. Enjoy the pictures.
Fiji: As the final spot on an amazing trip, Fiji served as a relaxing destination before returning to the States.
